The Proposal of Company Communication Mix

The main subject of the thesis "Design of company communication mix" is to analyze the current state of the communication mix of Brno fitness center FITKO JANA and on the base of the analysis result to design a communication mix that will increase sales of services. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical interpretation and definition of important concepts of marketing, the second part introduces basic information about fitness center and analyzes the current marketing situation. The last part of the thesis, according to the marketing research using survey, will lead to the changes in existing communication mix of fitness center and to design new one, which will ensure greater awareness about the company and increase sales of services offered.

This Bachelor thesis describes the designed promotional mix for the Wellness Kuřim center. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basics concepts of Marketing. It also includes an analysis of the environment, marketing mix and promotional mix base on the obtained resources. The practical part of the thesis presents the current state of the Wellness center based on an analysis of the micro-environment and the micro-environment as well as their actual promotional mix. The other part of the thesis is a highlighted promotional mix for the center that would help to increase the awareness of the Wellness center, the improvement of their services and an increase in their profits.
Attitudes of secondary medical school pupils to classroom assessment

The bachelor thesis Attitudes of secondary medical school pupils to classroom assessment consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part contains chapters concerning the basic concepts of evaluation, school evaluation, its importance, functions, overview of types used in teaching, current methods and forms. The empirical part consists of research, through which we try to find out the attitudes of secondary health school pupils to evaluation in teaching by means of a questionnaire survey. This method has been chosen because it provides rationality and relatively easy evaluation and comparison of the information obtained. On the basis of this information, graphs have been developed that reflect pupils' answers to questions in the questionnaire. All graphs are supplemented with a commentary and in the end there are answers to the research questions and a summary of the results. The results from respondents inform whether the evaluation suits them, what forms they prefer, what motivates them, etc.
The views of students of secondary school on the assessment in instruction

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation in teaching from the point of view of secondary school pupils. The theoretical part includes information and issues of assessment in the class. Further the theoretical part of the theoretical knowledge about the evaluation in the teaching is elaborated. Objectives, methods and forms of evaluation are described, focusing on objectivity and subjectivity in the teacher's assessment of the pupil. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey will be conducted in order to find out how secondary school pupils assess the assessment in the classroom. The questionnaire provides easy, accurate and quick evaluation and good comparison. It also contains the results of the research that was carried out by high school students. The results are recorded in charts supplemented by comments. Graphs accurately show how pupils look at the questions asked from the questionnaire. The conclusion contains a summary of the lessons learned from the work.

NOVÁČEK, Cyril
This thesis is focused on the analysis of spiritual values of apprentice youth. The theoretical section looks at values from philosophical, psychological and educational perspectives. It describes the developmental periods of adolescence, deals with the lifestyle of adolescents and the influence of consumerism on their value orientation. The practical part contains the research and its goals, the characteristics of the research sample and the method and results of the research. The results confirm the predetermined thesis that the apprentice youth suffers from the lack of spiritual values. The research also shows that apprentices tend to spend their leisure time in a consuming way.
Valuation of Secondary School Young People

The project is about value orientation of high school students in Czech Republic. The theoretic part describes values in a general notion, their functions and agents, that influence them. In this part is also ephebic evolutionary period, free time, life style and value orientation of youth described. The practical part of project is a research, in that I tried to analyse the value orientation of accomodated students that means a sample of high school students. The research followed the preference of instrumental and target values and it tried to verify given hypothesis in advance.
